Snowmen

Snowmen seem appropriate for a winter layout. I cut off three small pieces of rope calk weatherstrip and rolled them into successively smaller "snowballs." I set the snowballs on top of each other and placed them onto a straight pin held by a pair of locking tweezers. Each snowman was painted with white enamel. Then I added eyes etc. with black enamel paint on the tip of another straight pin. Each snowman shown to the right is about 3/8-inch tall.

I tried using Foam Putty, but it was too soft to roll easily into balls and was brittle after it dried.
